Agents and permissions
Agents in Nabcloud: each connected assistant has a name, a role and its own permissions per app, so one handles the website and another the books.
Connect one assistant or several. Each becomes an agent with a name, a role and its own permissions.
- Same assistant, several agents. For example, one for the books and one for appointments.
- Different assistants, one team. Each works on the same projects and reads the same record.
- Change at any time. Add or remove an assistant; the record stays.
An agent can do only what you allow, per app. What always waits for a person is described in approvals.
Plan limits#
Agent accounts: 10 on Pro, 50 on Premium, unlimited on Max.
