Features · Approvals and audit
Power is nothing without control.
Three ways the office stays in charge.
Approvals: a person decides.
Emails to clients and other consequential steps wait in Approvals until a person decides. You see exactly what will happen, you can edit it, then approve. An assistant can ask for an approval and can never decide one.
- Client emails wait for you
- Edit before you approve
- Only a person decides
An audit trail, every step.
Every step is written down: what was done, when, and who approved it. The trail is append-only and covers seats and roles, agents and their keys, billing and deletions. You can filter it, export it as CSV (up to 5,000 rows) and set how long it is kept, from 30 to 3,650 days.
- What, when and who approved it
- Filter and export
- Retention you choose
Permissions, per agent.
Each agent has a name, a role and only the permissions you give it, per app. Memory, projects and files live in the workspace; you can switch assistant and export everything. You never paste a key or a password into a chat.
- A role for every agent
- Permissions per app
- Export everything
Honest labels
Before you rely on it.
- Pre-betaProfessional record-keeping rules
Whether the trail satisfies a particular professional or regulatory rule is to be confirmed. Ask your adviser first.
Questions
About control.
Will it send emails to clients on its own?
No. Emails to clients and other consequential steps wait in Approvals until a person decides.
Who can approve?
Only a person. An assistant can ask for an approval and cannot decide one. Some actions, such as handing out a signature link or creating a portal link, are reserved for owners and admins.
Can we see what our AI did?
Yes. The audit trail records what was done, when and who approved it. You can filter it and export it as CSV.
Can we limit what an assistant may touch?
Yes. Each agent has a name, a role and only the permissions you give it, per app.
Is it legal, tax or medical advice?
No. Templates, checks and drafts are tools. You check and decide.
Can we keep patient or other special-category data in it?
Not yet claimed. The data region, the processors and any use for health data are to be confirmed. Use sample data until they are. See Trust.
How long is the audit trail kept?
You choose, from 30 to 3,650 days. Owners and admins set it.
