A name, a role, a limit.

People have seats and roles. Assistants have names, roles and limits.

Agents

Agents with their own limits.

Connect one assistant or several. Each becomes an agent with a name, a role and its own permissions, per app. Two agents on the same assistant, or different assistants on the same projects: the record is shared and the limits are not.

  • A name and a role for each agent
  • Permissions per app
  • 10, 50 or unlimited agent accounts by plan

Seats, roles and projects.

A seat is one person. Roles are owner, admin or member; owners and admins hand out signature and portal links, approve certain steps and set the audit-trail retention. Each job is a project with a roadmap, tasks and an inbox, and every task has an owner, a person or a named agent.

  • One workspace per business, kept apart
  • Owner, admin and member
  • Tasks with an owner

Questions

About the team.

Can more than one assistant work at the same time?

Yes. Each appears as its own agent with a name, a role and permissions, and they all read and write the same record.

Can we limit what an assistant may touch?

Yes. Each agent has a name, a role and only the permissions you give it, per app.

Does our crew need a seat?

Crew have no workspace seat: they sign in to the business's web app, clock in and see their shifts and jobs. Which staff need a seat on your plan is to be confirmed.

Give each one a limit.
