The basics
What is Nabcloud?
One calm workspace for a practice, a firm or a trade: clients, documents, appointments, invoices and projects in one place, with the AI assistants your team already uses working inside it. They keep one shared record, and anything consequential waits for a person to approve it.
Who is it for?
Offices that run on paperwork and appointments: practices, law and tax offices, consultancies, cleaning companies, installers, repair workshops and growing teams. See who it is for.
How do I get in?
Request access with your work email. You join the waitlist, and we invite people step by step. There is no free plan.
Who makes it, and where is my data?
AVS Media, in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Where data is stored and which processors are used is to be confirmed, so we do not state it. The open points are listed on Trust.
Can I see it working before I ask for access?
There are short animations on See it built, with made-up examples, and a full description of each room under what it does.
Is Nabcloud a separate product from the others made by AVS Media?
It is the same underlying workspace, with the same tools, apps and plans, offered under more than one name and voice. Nabcloud is the calm, professional one, for practices, firms and trades.
Your AI
Does it include an AI?
No. Nabcloud has no AI of its own: your team brings the assistants it already uses (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or any assistant that supports MCP) and keeps paying for them where it already does.

What is MCP?
Model Context Protocol, the open standard AI assistants use to connect to other software. You add a connector once, and your assistant can then work in your workspace.
Can more than one assistant work at the same time?
Yes. Each appears as its own agent with a name, a role and permissions, and they all read and write the same record.
What happens to our records if we change assistant?
Nothing is lost. The record lives in the workspace, not in the assistant. Connect the new one and begin with: read the project and tell me where we are.
Do we pay for AI through Nabcloud?
No. Nothing here is metered for AI. You pay your assistant's provider as you do today.
Does our assistant's provider see what we ask it?
What you ask your assistant may be sent to its provider, under that provider's terms. Check them for the data you plan to use.
Control
Will it send emails to clients on its own?
No. Emails to clients and other consequential steps wait in Approvals until a person decides.
Who can approve?
Only a person. An assistant can ask for an approval and cannot decide one. Some actions, such as handing out a signature link or creating a portal link, are reserved for owners and admins.
Can we see what our AI did?
Yes. The audit trail records what was done, when and who approved it. You can filter it and export it as CSV.
Can we limit what an assistant may touch?
Yes. Each agent has a name, a role and only the permissions you give it, per app.
Is it legal, tax or medical advice?
No. Templates, checks and drafts are tools. You check and decide.
The rooms
Can clients book themselves?
Yes. A booking type has a public page where a client picks a free slot, within the availability and notice you set. See appointments.
Does it send reminders and recalls automatically?
To be confirmed. We do not describe automatic reminders or recalls as available. Moving or cancelling a booking tells the guest by email, after your approval.
What does a client portal show?
Only what you choose per client: invoices, quotes, timesheets, contracts and files. An owner or admin creates the link, and you can revoke it at once. See clients and portal.
Can clients sign documents?
You can prepare a signature request from a PDF, an approved contract or an issued quote, in English, Dutch or German. The signed file returns with its evidence. Whether it meets the form your contract needs is for you or your adviser.
Which countries do the invoices cover?
Germany and the Netherlands: PDFs with the legal lines for both. Other countries are not covered.
Does it know our professional fee schedule?
No. It applies none. You enter your own rates and lines.
Does it calculate legal deadlines?
No. The app keeps the dates you enter, with their kind, and shows them in the calendar. You decide what a deadline is.
What does the conflict check do?
It compares names across your clients and counterparties and ranks the hits with reasons. It is a comparison of names in your records, not a legal opinion.
Do tracked hours become invoices?
Billable time can become invoice lines, with a monthly timesheet as a PDF. You approve the invoice and the email.
What are jobs, team and tickets?
Tools of a business web app built with Nabcloud Sites: jobs with estimates and deposits, a rota and clock for the crew, and numbered tickets. Whether they are included on your plan is to be confirmed.
Does our crew need a seat?
Crew have no workspace seat: they sign in to the business's web app, clock in and see their shifts and jobs. Which staff need a seat on your plan is to be confirmed.
Is it a payroll system?
No. Payroll is out of scope. Hours export as CSV for the payroll office, and rest-rule warnings are not legal advice.
Can it build our website?
Yes, with Nabcloud Sites. You get a preview first and publish when you say. See websites and portals.
Can we sell online?
A new shop is a test shop with a mock payment. Only a person switches a shop to live, after a readiness check and with a payment provider set up.
Your data
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Memory, projects and files can be exported, and the audit trail exports as CSV.
Can we keep patient or other special-category data in it?
Not yet claimed. The data region, the processors and any use for health data are to be confirmed. Use sample data until they are. See Trust.
How long is the audit trail kept?
You choose, from 30 to 3,650 days. Owners and admins set it.
Do you hold any certifications?
None are claimed. We do not hold or imply any.
Pricing
Is there a free plan?
No. Plans are €19, €39 and €79 per seat a month.
What is a seat?
One person in the workspace. Plans are priced per seat, and teams start at two seats. Enterprise is priced on request.
Are the prices with VAT?
VAT is included for consumers. Businesses see the net price plus VAT.
Do we pay again for the apps?
No. A Nabcloud plan includes the matching plan of every app. Each app can also be bought alone at €9, €19 or €49 a month.
