Client portal

The Nabcloud client portal: a private link per client that shows the invoices, quotes, timesheets, contracts and files you choose, created by an owner or admin.

A portal link gives one client a private page with only what you choose to show.

What it can show#

Invoices, quotes, timesheets, contracts and files. You choose which, per client.

Only an owner or admin creates a link, in the app, under Client portal. Its secret is shown once. A member can read the list. Your assistant can list links, read what a link shows, change what it shows and for how long, and revoke it. It cannot create one.

Rules#

  • There is one live link per client. A new link replaces the old one.
  • You set how long the link stays valid.
  • Revoking stops the link at once.
  • Opening of the link is recorded in the matter's timeline where the client belongs to a matter.
