# Your first week

> A calm way to roll Nabcloud out in an office: one task a day for five days, with your own approval in place before anything goes to a client.

This is a suggested order, not a requirement. Nothing here is automatic; each step is yours.

## Day 1: connect

Request a seat, receive the invitation and [connect one assistant](/docs/connect-your-ai/). Ask it to describe your workspace.

## Day 2: people

Add your current clients as [contacts](/docs/contacts-and-forms/). Start with ten; import more once you are satisfied.

## Day 3: approvals

Read [approvals](/docs/approvals/). Ask your assistant to draft one email to a test contact and check that it waits for you.

## Day 4: one document

Draft one [quote or invoice](/docs/invoices-and-quotes/) from a real job. Compare the PDF with your usual one, line by line.

## Day 5: invite the team

Add colleagues as [seats](/docs/teams-and-seats/) and decide which agent may do what. Look at the [audit trail](/docs/audit-trail/) together.

> [!TIP]
> Keep one person responsible for approvals during the first weeks. It makes the habit clear.

> [!HONEST]
> Early access means limits and changes. Read [plans and limits](/docs/plans-and-limits/) before you move real clients over.
