# Teams and seats

A **seat** is one person in the workspace. Plans are priced per seat per month, and teams start at two seats.

- One workspace per business. Everything lives in it, and workspaces are kept apart.
- Roles are owner, admin or member. Owners and admins hand out signature and portal links, approve certain steps and set audit-trail retention.
- Each person can connect their own assistant; each appears as an agent.
