Each job is a **project** with a roadmap, tasks and an inbox for loose ends.

- Every task has an owner: a person or a named agent.
- Your assistant works through the tasks and reports what is waiting.
- A new conversation knows what was decided, because the project holds it.
- Schedules can create tasks at times you choose; you see the next runs before you save.

## A practical use

Open a project per client engagement. Put the milestones on the roadmap, and let each agent take the tasks that match its role.
