A quote becomes an invoice as a **PDF** with the legal lines for **Germany and the Netherlands**. Other countries are not covered.

- An accepted quote becomes an invoice without retyping.
- Billable hours become invoice lines, with a monthly timesheet as a PDF; see [matters and time](/docs/matters-and-time/).
- E-invoices and reminders are available.
- The email to the client waits in [approvals](/docs/approvals/).

## Showing it to the client
