# Asking your AI

> What to say to your assistant in a Nabcloud workspace: plain sentences, what happens, and what waits in Approvals. No commands to learn.

You do not learn commands. You describe the work, as you would to a colleague.

| Say | What happens |
| --- | --- |
| "Invoice the October hours for Rheinwerk." | Billable time becomes invoice lines and a PDF. The email waits in approvals. |
| "Move Herr Okafor to Thursday." | The calendar is checked and the booking moved. The message waits for you. |
| "Open a matter for the tenancy enquiry." | A matter is opened. A conflict check can be run before you accept. |
| "Where did we leave the engagement letter?" | The assistant reads the record and tells you. |

All names are made up.

## Be specific about who and what

Name the client, the period and the document. The assistant works from the record, so a precise request needs little correction.

## When it is unsure

A careful assistant asks. If a step would send something out or change what matters, it places it in [approvals](/docs/approvals/) instead of doing it.
